Magnetic sunshade

A creative customer has made a simple and flexible sunshade for her parents’ orangery. Small pockets have been sewn along the edges of the sunshades, where 20x5 mm rubber-coated disc magnets hold them securely against the orangery’s metal frame. The rubber-coated magnets are ideal for this purpose because the rubber protects them against the hard impacts they may be exposed to when attached to the metal frame.
The result is pleasant shade on sunny days – and the sunshades can easily be moved or taken down again.
