Rubber caps
Rubber caps fit many of our round magnets and are designed to increase friction between the magnet and the attached surface. This can be a good idea in cases where a pull is exerted parallel to the plane. For example, if the magnet is to hang on a wall. In such cases, the magnet will often slide down because the magnet and the surface are both smooth. Adding a rubber cap increases the friction and prevents the magnet from sliding down. An added benefit is that the rubber cap also protects against scratches.
- Rubber caps fit magnets that have a diameter 1 mm smaller than the rubber cap.
- Rubber caps require no glue and can easily be taken on and off the magnet.
- On the rubber caps' product pages you can see which magnets they fit.
