Description
The magnet has a white rubber coating and comes with an angle hook. The rubber ensures that the magnet stays firmly in place on smooth surfaces without sliding down. At the same time, the rubber protects the attached metal surface, preventing scratches from occurring. The angle hook makes it easy to hang items that frequently need to be removed again. It is designed for mounting on a vertical surface such as a wall. Do not place it on a horizontal surface such as a ceiling, as the angle hook cannot hold items securely in that position. Instead, use the versions with a hook or hook eye for ceiling mounting.
The diameter is 22 mm and the magnet has been measured to hold a strength of 5,9 kg with a direct pull. If the magnet is mounted on, for example, a wall, you can expect it to support a weight of around 30% of the stated strength. Beyond that, you risk the magnet starting to slide or tip off the wall.
