Placing an order

After placing your order, an e-mail notification will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once it ships. Until you have received the order confirmation the order can be cancelled any time by contacting info@brisingi.com.

Prices

All prices are Euro (€) including 25% VAT at current rate. Prices may change on a day to day basis.

Payment cards

We accept PayPal, Bank transfer and Visa, Visakort Mastercard og Visa Electron. All communication between Brisingi and the payment system operates on an industry standard SSL secured connection to prevent loss of personal information.

Purchase on account

Both private customers and business customers can purchase on account. The invoice has to be paid within 30 days from the date the order is shipped. As a first time customer we will ask you to pay the invoice before the order is shipped. All money transfer fees has to be covered by the customer. Our bank details are:

The shipping destination determines the available shipping options and shipping price. In the country list below you can see how your package will be shipped and what it will cost.

Shipping options

PostNord parcel with track & trace

The parcel is shipped with PostNord and can be followed by Track & Trace. When the parcel arrives at the destination country the local postal service will take over the delivery. Usually the parcel is delivered directly to the door. If that is not possible or if the receiver is not home the parcel can be picked up at the nearest local parcel shop. The postal service will keep you informed about this during the delivery process. The delivery time is normally 3-6 work days.

PostNord delivery to door

The parcel is shipped with PostNord and can be followed by Track & Trace. The parcel is delivered directly to the door. If no one is home PostNord will contact the receiver to arrange alternative pickup. The delivery time is normally 3-4 work days.

GLS delivery to door

The parcel is shipped with GLS and can be followed by Track & Trace. The parcel is delivered directly to the door. If no one is home GLS will contact the receiver to arrange alternative pickup. The delivery time is normally 3-4 work days.

Shipping locations

We deliver to all EU member countries. Each order comes with Track & Trace so you can follow the order. Most customers will receive their order in 3-7 work days. Shipping cost depends on the destination country as it can be seen here:

Returns

If the items are damaged or you are not satisfied with the items you can ask for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery of the goods. Please contact Brisingi at info@brisingi.com before returning the item(s). We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
